This restorative aerial yoga class offers a different way to melt away the day. The slings will be lower to the ground while still offering a supportive, weightless experience. Sway to a soothing playlist and settle into an extended savasana for this tranquil hour.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
