Slow Flow Yoga
Beckie Irvin is a nonprofit founder and a sought-after consultant in the social sector. With a decade of experience in outdoor education, Beckie has a passion for combining her love of the outdoors with her drive to make a positive impact on her community.

Allison Workman
Power Yoga
Allison's yoga journey began over two decades ago when she turned to yoga to manage an overuse injury from running, cycling, and triathlon training. Like many, she initially sought out yoga for its physical benefits but soon found herself captivated by the holistic wellness and self-care it offered. Fast forward through countless yoga videos, books, classes, practice, and workshops, and in 2012, she became a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor through American Power Yoga in Dallas.

Allison has a passion for fun, encouraging her students to "Move Happy." Her goal is to help others discover their unique formula for building strength, confidence, and inner flow.

Melody Warmerdam
Barre Fitness
Melody's love for group fitness dates back to Step Aerobics, but it became a passion after her first Barre class ten years ago. Under the guidance of a Master Trainer for The Dailey Method, she received in-depth knowledge of how Barre classes can strengthen and tone your whole body. When she's not busy making fun playlists for class, you can find her doing yard work (obsessively pulling weeds), buying groceries for three teens and drinking Bubbles.
