Slow Flow Yoga

Service Description
Hatha style yoga asana emphasizes the breath as much as the movement. Class will begin with a centering practice, then move into thematic postures that will help nourish your body, mind and soul. All levels are welcome. This class spends less time on posture tutorial and more time in practice. You can familiarize yourself with yoga poses in our Tuesday Beginner Class and work your way into Slow Flow!
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
