Service Description

This gentle aerial yoga class will combine traditional Hatha yoga poses with the use of the aerial hammock. This allows more freedom of movement along with flexibility and range of motion progression. The thematic flow brings peace to your body, mind and soul.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
