Service Description

Energize your morning and start your week off right with our Pilates Mat workout. In this fitness class, you will focus on a full body workout and engaging your deep core muscles. Pilates moves through breath, trunk integration, and arm and leg strengthening exercises. A strong core helps build a strong back, healthy spine, and helps you walk tall with confidence. Pilates Mat is for all levels, with modifications offered to insure you have a safe productive experience on the mat.


Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
