Private Yoga or Sound Bath

Service Description

Learning yoga asana can be intimidating, especially if you have little to no experience with the practice. I started my own journey through individual home sessions with a certified instructor. I know firsthand how beneficial it can be to practice asana that is aligned with YOUR body and accessibility. The studio has plenty of props to help modify movements and support your practice. Private sessions can also be used to book a full hour sound bath. Private sound baths are limited to 4 attendees. Email hello@therootedsoul.com to check availability and schedule private sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Private sessions must be canceled 12 hours before the scheduled time. Session is non-refundable with less than 12 hour notice. For first time cancellations, the session can be rescheduled at the time of cancelation with no charge by contacting Christy directly to rebook.
