Hico Slow Flow Yoga
Gather for a gentle yoga flow
Service Description
This is the continuation of our special Tuesday night Slow Flow Yoga class. Sometimes restorative, sometimes energetic, it is always approachable for all levels of yoga. We will meet in a private barn so please be respectful of the space when arriving. Turn into the driveway and continue through two gates to the metal barn under the stunning oak tree. The barn is not climate controlled but we will have portable heaters. Dress appropriately for the weather. I have 6-7 mats available for use but bring your favorite if you have one!
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
