Women's Self Defense Workshop

Would you know how to escape from an attacker? It's a skill set that no woman wants to learn, but every single one of them should.

Join Jayden Stone for this informative workshop on women's self defense. Learn how to effectively escape an attacker from various different holds. This includes hair grabs, wrist grabs, and body grabs as well as being pinned to the ground. Learn how to distance yourself from an attacker in order to get to safety. In addition to physical safety, she will cover situational awareness, what it means, and how to incorporate it into your daily life.

There will be plenty of time for both practice and questions. Participants should wear comfortable, modest clothing, such as athletic wear, and bring a water bottle (the studio has a 5-gallon jug for refills).
