Vision Board Workshop

Do you love creating mood boards on Pinterest? What if you could map out your year ahead JUST LIKE THAT?! 

In this amazing and empowering class, we will work together to uncover your dreams, both seen and unseen. We will tap into the mindset you need to go out and make stuff happen in 2024! Even if you think "manifestation" is a weird concept, you'll be surprised by how well putting thoughts and ideas down on paper help drive your success. 

The class will start with a deep dive into who you are: what do you value? Are you comfortable expressing your dreams? Does your inner critic get LOUD whenever you start something new or outside of your comfort zone? Set your path for 2024 confidently as we identify a few key words that define what lights you up and makes you tick. Using those, we will develop new empowering ideas and beliefs so you can talk back to those critical thoughts of self doubt.

Next, we will put those dreams down on paper!! Using magazine clippings, art, powerful words and images, we'll craft a posterboard to serve as a visual reminder of your heart's desires. Not a fan of paper? Bring your laptop and go digital! You can use Pinterest or Canva to create the same vision board right on your computer. 

I first learned the vision board concept from "island mapping", a concept made popular by Martha Beck and touted by Oprah herself! Later it morphed into vision boards, and they've became my favorite tool to support the new year ahead. Who needs resolutions that induce guilt? Instead, use your creativity to craft an inspiring year ahead and dream big!
