Immerse yourself in the most mindful and meditative hour you'll experience all month. Join me for this nourishing session that includes meditation, breath work, and singing sound bowls. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for the week ahead. I'll be heading to Bali and then Australia in May, so this is your last chance to immerse in sound for several weeks!Â
$20 investment per person. Accessories are provided: mats, cushions, blankets. Feel free to bring your own mat or comfiest, coziest blanket.Â
