About the event
Join TRS for this family friendly event! Yoga is a great way to incorporate both movement and calm into your family’s summer routine!
We’ll work through one of our yoga-inspired story books while learning common yoga postures. We’ll end with a short, calming exploration of sound using crystal bowls and chimes.
Tickets are just $10 for the entire family! An adult must be present AND participate with kids. Please purchase one ticket per family and note the number of attendees.
Space will be limited to 30 total participants.
