About the event
Join TRS for this family friendly event! Yoga is a great way to incorporate both movement and calm into your family’s summer routine!
We’ll work through breath techniques and common yoga postures using kid-friendly tools. We’ll end with a short, calming exploration of sound using crystal bowls and chimes.
Tickets are $5 per child (ages 4+). An adult must be present and are encouraged to participate with kids.
Space will be limited to 30 total participants.
