Start your day right with a powerful yoga flow with Allison. Link breath to movement and incorporate powerful yoga poses to strengthen your body. Power Yoga is best for Intermediate to Advanced yogis. As a courtesy to our teachers, please do your best to book online in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
