Join us for this dynamic power yoga class with Allison Workman. Power yoga offers a great workout for your body while instilling an empower mindset. Power yoga is best for intermediate to advanced yogis but modifications are available even for beginners!

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before class. After that, no refunds will be issued. No-shows cannot be refunded. It's best to schedule online but drop-in's are welcome! Doors will be locked at the time of class. No late arrivals.
