Immerse yourself in the most mindful and meditative hour you'll experience all month. Join me for this nourishing session that includes meditation, breath work, and singing sound bowls. Other instruments include the gong, which can promote cellular resilience, and relaxing chimes. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for the week ahead.
$20 for studio members, $25 for non-members.
The studio provides memory foam mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks. Feel free to bring your own eye mask or comfiest, coziest blanket.Â
